Well I hate to be the one to shoot a hole in my own conspiracy theory but I feel I must be fair. I spoke with Ann and she said she mis-spoke at Monday nights meeting. I would like to see someone with more experience in muni law. He seems to be more proficient in bankruptcy law. But, hey, if its moral bankruptcy he may be our man. :)

You are what I was hoping for, I have offers from some nsiders to give me new info but I need someone who can alos fill me in on past occurences and the web of conspiracy that overlies the entire Mason, Brown, Pleban, Purzner, Owensby faction. I have been a resident of Overland for over 30 years but you really don't pay attention to politics until it starts to affect you.
I thought the City Clerk worked for the council, not the mayor. I thought I had heard that somewhere before, but it could have been a different city.
If it is true, how could Purzner appoint Dill city clerk?
I have also heard that some are being banned or not given userids for Overland Chat.
So far, they haven't banned me and Lord knows I give Ann's side a rough way to go on occasion. However, I try to be balanced and say the "Dody side" also had its issues.
The problem truly is with having sides in the first place.
Meanwhile, I sit and wait to be banned.
I have lived in Overland for 38 years and offer the following thought.
There came a time in 1973 when Bob Dole and Barry Goldwater visited the White House to inform the President that they did not have the votes to block impeachment proceedings in Congress. The Republican leadership could no longer support the President.
Nixon realizing he was going to lose his fight due to his guilt, rightly decided to resign thus sparing the country from a impeachment hearing and trial.
Ann Purzner should try to cut through all the static between her ears, think deeply and do likewise.
PURZNER RESIGN! YOUR OUT OF ORDER.
