ORTian Dictionary
I was thinking the other day how ORTian logic is an oxymoron. Their thought process truly defies all reason. I was also thinking how they have their own definition for certain words and phrases that aren’t necessarily conforming to Merriam or Webster. I came up with a few. Can you add any of your own?
Disruptive
Making a statement or raising any concern or topic during city meetings that does not agree with ORT policies or pranks.
Personal Attacks
Making a statement or raising any concern or topic during city meetings against ORT policies or pranks.
(When in reality, a personal attack would be making fun of one’s toupee or style of speech—none of which has been seen during public comments of CC meetings).
Executive Session Topics
Any topic that the ORT wants to keep secret. Their new motto should be “an uninformed citizen is our best citizen.”

Example- George Blondin for Ward 3's empty seat. Nominated 4 or 5 times, I lost count!!!

The lying Purzner RN has flashed a counterfeit diploma, with Maryville University on it. That must piss Maryville University off. You would think Officals at Maryville University would demand that she surrender the counterfeit diploma.
Owensrug slapped another propaganda flier on the doors of ward 3 residents. He is claiming that Herman, O'Connell, May and Corcoran are packing the City Council meetings with non-Overland residents who are abusing the democratic process. He claims they hired professional Public Relation firms to keep a negative news frenzy ongoing in an attempt to destroy Overland's image. He goes on and on with other BS in his propaganda flier. And of course he refers to Herman as the "former" City Attorney. OUT OF ORDER OWENSWIG !!!!!!
By the way, I did not see or hear anybody slap the propaganda flier on my door. I think Owensrug has his wig crawl around via some kind of remote control device to put the fliers on the doors, this could be why nobody sees who slaps the flier on their doors.
Am I the only one who finds it ironic that the ORT (who is packed with non-resident DumbPickles and DannyInfector) claiming that those opposed to them are stacking the audience with non-residents?
A new definition:
This was used at least 5 times by The Queen at Monday's Meeting.

You are not the only one who finds Owenswig's claim ironic. Did Owenswig check everyone's ID to make such a claim in his propaganda flier? Maybe Sourasspickles was checking asses again to see where people reside. After all Sourasspickles is a professional ass checker!!!
Another question, what is the name of this so called Public Relations firm Owenswig claims to be spreading negative publicity? I would like to call him on his carpet on that. Or is that on the carpet? Owensrug is "wigged out" man !!!!!
Truth or Consequences,
The thing that delivered the propaganda letter, slithered around in the early afternoon sometime yesterday.
I just wonder how many people take these propaganda letters as gospel? There are people who keep their heads in the sand about the goings on at City Hall and this is their only communication. I just hope these propaganda letters don't hamper the recall efforts in obtaining signatures. I'm sure this is Owensrug-wig-effer's, intent.
Why didn't Owenswig expose the name of this so called Public Relation's firm? Because he is a liar and OUT OF ORDER.
There were several people on my block that had Purzner signs in their yard. I wonder how many people have voter's remorse who voted for the Queen B (as in Biyotch).

CONTINUE TO BLOCK PROGRESS AND CREATE A
NEGATIVE IMAGE OF OUR CITY
Dear Residents of Ward 3,
In an effort to create negative publicity for the people of Overland, former City Attorney Herman’s four Councilmen have packed the audience at recent Council meetings with non-Overland residents who are abusing the democratic process. Councilmen May, O’Connell, Corcoran and Schneider want to spend hours of Valuable Council time name calling Mayor Ann Purzner, other Council members and myself. This has taken so much of our meeting time that recently they refused to open the Council meeting and conduct the people’s business.
The Council has rules that restrict residents and Councilmen from making disparaging remarks. Mr. Herman and his four councilmen have been continually encouraging defamatory outbursts against the new administration during residents’ comments.
Their intent is to create as much negative publicity as possible in an effort to create dissension in the community so they have a reason to ask the voters for a recall of our new Mayor Ann Purzner. There have been professional public relations firms hired to keep this negative news frenzy ongoing in an attempt to destroy our city’s image.
It is important that residents understand that this negative hype is an orchestrated plan by a group who can’t accept the fact that they spent tens of thousands of dollars and still lost the election. This same group has had a financial lock on the city for over 15 years and it appears they are willing to do whatever it takes to maintain their financial strangle hold over your tax dollars even if they have to destroy the city in which we live.
They are the same group who refuses to pass Mayor Purzner’s budget, a budget which will:
• Cut the exorbitant salaries for department heads that are out of line with surrounding communities of similar size.
• Without reducing employees, gives a 3% cost of living increase to non-supervisory city workers. Also we provided city workers with needed health benefits they currently enjoy.
• Provide money to install new carpet in, and to paint the interior of the Community Center. Also new weight training equipment will be added.
• Provide money for a feasibility study to completely restore Legion Pool. Mayor Ann Purzner spearheaded and was instrumental in bringing to fruition a $130,000 grant to help rebuild the pool and the rest will be taken out of the capitol improvement fund. Legion Pool will be restored under this budget!
• Provide $700,000 for 40 blocks of roads throughout the City to be resurfaced.
• RESTORE FREE TRASH PICKUP TO THE PEOPLE!
We need your help! This group is determined to not restore any services to the people. Send a message to Councilmen May, O’Connell, Corcoran and Schneider that you are not happy, that they are allowing the city to manipulate them and that you are displeased with the image they are creating of our City.

I have nothing against responsible legal gun ownership. And I have nothing against FFL dealers. But Owenswig shouldn't even be in possesion of a plastic butter knife, he is demented.

After reading Overland Sailors piece on Knode I was somewhat confused. Wasn't it Knode that got up & left the gym 2 meetings ago when the citizen's were trying to speak. Yet, at the last meeting we were basically forced to sit there & be quiet during his ramblings.
If Knode wants quiet during his right to speak, I will be more then happy to accommodate by getting up & leaving & waiting until he's done to return. And if all Overland residents would do the same, then Kenny can take a better head count of all non-residents left sitting. Which shouldn't take to long to count who's left sitting on the bleachers.
I don't think he'll need to take his shoes & socks off to help him count.
The ugliest offense of this ORT gang is how they pitched such a fit over ongoings with the CA candidate before the elections.
For owensby to suppose PR firms were hired to make them look bad - why would that be necessary? Hateful owensby, delusionary purzner and knode are giving themselves such a bad name on their own.
At one point in owensby's whine, there's a semblance of accuracy:
"We need your help," ~ isn't exactly true as written. Indeed they DO need help. The fact is that NOBODY can help those who consider themselves all-knowing.
The ORT states that they were dissed when stating why they objected to the city administrator candidate. I think there was some confusion on dates when scheduling meetings with the OBA and other community groups and the entire council as a whole.
However, hurt feelings are not reasons to put such a major roadblock to civic progress.
In addition, me thinks they thought there was a possibility of an Ann win with a three-way race. To reject a city administrator meant keeping power in the hands of the mayor (something they were so against when Dody was the mayor).
It's so like resident comments, they were all for them and all for them being televised until they started being negative toward the ORT.
Funny the difference a year makes.
