A New Ward 4 Newsletter?
If words couldn't express everyone's feeling before...
This is what was left on my door while at school today. It is so nice that the ORT has picked up the slack from the Knietzel/Saye era of a Ward 4 newsletter. However, there is no “Holiday Decoration Winner” or “Business of the Month” in this baby. No, it’s just ORT lies, distortion and propaganda.
Read it and see what you can find in ways of the aforementioned lies and propaganda.
Here are a few I found after one reading:

Here are a few I found after one reading:
- The elimination of the city calendar, pool, et al is blamed on the majority of the council. I find this odd, since half of them were not on the board at this time last year or when any of their “crimes against humanity” happened.
- The ridiculous assertation that Corcoran and Schneider would prefer a bike path over free trash pickup. One, the bike path is part of a multi-city, bi-state initiative and was not to cost us much more than signage. The cost of that signage is hardly equivalent to free trash pickup for my street, let alone the whole city.
- The following quote is from left field and I would love to see the source of it:
“They have even openly stated that they don’t care about the 17,000 residents of the City, their only concern has been for rewarding a few of their friends at City hall with huge pay increase, making sure our chief is the highest paid in the area and seeing there are inflated expenditures for legal fees.”

Purzner, Owenswig, Knobe and Sellers are just scratching and clawing at this point. They are too ignorant to see that these sorts of propaganda flyers just infuriate the public more than anything. They are hoping the Citizens of Overland are a bunch of brainless fools who will only look at “free trash”, hell it worked in the election. This will all come full orbit and come back to bite them. It’s just a shame it will take lawsuit after lawsuit before proper order will come to Overland. It almost appears as if the Mayor and her 3 merry men are committing illegal actions on purpose, to deplete the funds and bankrupt the City of Overland.

I figured these little leaflets were replacement of "The Overland Watch". I assumed that their advertising sources dried up after the first edition.
Gee whiz, I could even knock the wig off his block. But I wouldn't want to, who knows what kind of diseases lay under that road kill......eeeeeeeew.
a huge pay raise to their friends? Since when is 5% huge? Then again these are probably the same guys who tell their wives that 4inches is massive.
John Doe......LOL.... I think you gave them too much credit with the 4 inch deal. Did the wigman ever have a wife to tell her such a fable? Or does Owenswig consider his wiglet his wife?
Sometime the planet align and sometimes they don't. Today, scanner, PDF writer and FTP programs are running smoothly. Better/clearer version of the Ward 4 letter is here.
