Exhibit A
After reading SuzyJax's post I went to my trash can and retrieved Owenswigs letter from it's resting place. I sat down and looked it over and noticed quite a few intersting things.
1) Owenswig did not black out the private information of Mr Silva. Mr Silvas Date of Birth and Social Security Number are right there on the sheet for hundreds of ward three residents to read. Wonder how many credit cards will be applied for in Mr Silva's name thanks to Owenswig distributing this sensitive information. As worried as the ORT members are about identity theft, you would think they would protect the Silva family from being posible victims.
2) If you look closely and read the form that Owenswig produces as exhibit A you will notice that Mr Silva signed it and it was witnessed by OPD and CFPD personel. Almost as damning a piece of evidence as the reciept for "jewelry" that Owenswig produced to show the mis-appropriation of city funds.
3) The form is marked confidential and was likely released to Owenswig in an official capacity. I do not know what the penalty for releasing confidential patient information is but is this really the way you want your elected officials handling confidential paperwork? Why even bother having executive sessions if Ownswig takes it upon himself to release private information at his discretion.
4) As mentioned the letter glosses over the fact that the reason for the recall isn't that Ann Prisoner has been found in the wrong repeatedly by the courts.
As Paul Harvey says page two...
Owenswig creates a quote and attributes it to mayor Dody " You are better off not knowing." I have known mayor Dody for at least 25 years and I have found him to be quite a bit more eloquent then this except when speaking to small children and simple minded creatures. Then again seeing as how Owenswig has a penchant for leaking confidential paperwork, maybe this is an exact quote of what Mayor Dody did say to Owenswig.
But I will thank Owenswig. At 4:30 this afternoon I had no idea who I was voting for in the upcoming Overland city council races. Thanks to Owenswig I now know exactly which candidate is firmly in the ORTs pocket

John if possible can you hook up Suzypost and link right after your post too it will help the readers
Thx,
Thank you too, John Doe. I too know not to vote for Mz. Peggy. Like I said below, Owensrug cooked her goose. I hope Mz. Piggy didn't spend too much money on her campaign.
(for Goats entertainment, I did mean to spell Ms. as Mz.)
I posted the following on Suzy's thread:
Thank you for the article Suzy. I didn't receive this piece of shit junk mail from Owenswigwam. Boy oh boy, he sure cooked Peggy Keller's goose by endorsing her. I will show Ms. Piggy...um erm I mean Peggy this article, Owenswigwam sent out if she should darken my door to solicit a vote out of me. Any friend of Owenswigwam is an enemy of Overland.
Thanks John!
Has anyone seen (Peggy) at any of the council meetings?
If she is not bound to any special groups as her ad says, why then everytime she went to city hall she headed straight for the mayors office?
I was told that Karr for ward 4 said she will be at the Lion' on the 14th.
Twolayer,
I think the answer is in the endorsement from Owenswig, where Peggy's thoughts are. Obviously Peggy wants to support liars and assholes. Hey Peggy, word to the wise, if you lay down with wigs, you wake up with fleas.
Owenswig in his letter tells everyone to go to the Riverfront Times and search squeal like a pig...
Makes me wonder if he came upon this article on prurpose or if he came across it while checking his personals posting: M seeking M to make me squeal like a Warren Beaty. 50ish WM with fetish for wearing road kill on my head seeks dominant WM to make me squeal like a pig...
Letters in the Suburban Journal supporting the recall of Queen Con here and here.
Sweaty has always impressed me with her many hidden, unexpected talents (from an Overland Examiner post):
"Donna Dill testified that she conducted her own count of the attendance during the meeting. She said she counted 137 people in attendance after residents comments and 107 after the budget vote. I found it interesting that she did all this counting but did not bother to count the number in attendance before residents started. I also wondered how she could accurately count the room from that far corner at that angle. I didn't see her in possession of a notebook at the meeting, so I think it is rather impressive that someone could count a room of that size from that angle, in their head, accurately, twice, and remember it. It was also impressive that she did all this while spending the majority of the time that she did spend in the gym (as opposed to all the time she spent outside) talking to those seated around her."
Hmmm...I wonder if Sweaty counts how many times her ORTian councilmen and mayor have walked out of meetings and resident comments?

Thank you John for catching what I hadn't caught. I was so taken aback by his not realizing that the issue was the mayor's actions not the Chief of Police, that I missed that!
Again, kudos kudos to you.
We see that Owensby, Purzner, et al have no regards for private information. Prior to this, the published Corcoran's ss# and his wifes in their red rag. To add insult to injury, they then posted a PDF version of the RedRag on the mayor's personal site.
I would love, love, love if the Silva family sued them.
Sweety is very good at juggling figures from what I've been told. Just ask her about taxes.

New Girl,
Not only does she have to worry about fleas, she needs to worry about bed bugs.
Of course, she can always go to Ann and ask how to get rid of those.
BlueGoatWhiners post is illegitimate. No one would ever propose such a budget and the fact that he/she won't reveal their source proves that it is a lie.
My God--O'Connell is a union man. If he was going to vote for anythign it would be raises for the employees, not management.

Red Light Districts:
So does it make you wonder when Tom Sellers who hasn’t spoken two words in two years since being elected found a voice now and has jumped on the Red Light Camera Band Wagon. Does it surprise you that Tommy Selloff wants to fast track the red light cameras, earmark all of the money for his free trash, with a no bid contract to a company that has exposed 8,000 people to identity theft and who is under investigation for bribery of political officials.
Here
Does it surprise you that the No Bid Contract Company Tom has embraced has been caught manipulating the traffic cameras and gouging people in fees.
Here
Does it Surprise you that he has brought to the table a Bigger Brother former company of Lockheed Martin who has 80% of the market and obsolete technology

Does it surprise you?
Do You Think Tom Selloff has accepted a campaign contribution from the company known for bribery and gouging the public?
Does anyone trust Tom Sellers to make a good choice for Overland? Sounds like its a good political choice for Tom Selloff.
I was at the budget meeting, and Chairman Knode's proposal included a 3% pay raise for all employees including department heads as can be seen in this post which includes a link to the video of the entire meeting.
At that meeting, Councilman O'Connell did propose a 4% raise. Though that is not much more than Chairman Knode's proposal and Councilman O'Connell's proposal actually has a surplus that could be added to or reserve funds while Chairman Knode's apparently did not.
Do the math? OK. Let's hear the explanation of the math problems associated with the trash issue that are discussed in the linked post above. I would love to hear how we are going to pay for this service with only half the money. Maybe someone at Overland Chat will answer this question since Councilmen Knode, Sellers, and Owensby, as well as Mayor Purzner all refuse to tell explain this strange new math to the residents.
Looking forward to your explanation BlueEyes.

Sailor, the answer is "magic, we will pay for it through magic"
Didn't the mayor of St Peters get in trouble for what Sellers may be trying to pull?
And, why would a traffic ticket pay for trash? Shouldn't traffic fines be used to pay for police, street work, etc?
And, isn't the goal of the cameras to get people to improve their driving and NOT run red lights? If so, where is your trash fund once that is accomplished?
Sheesh
