As the saying goes, give credit where credit is due. Council Member Mark Brown recommended Eric Tolen to be the first attorney assigned to the City Council in the history of St. Charles. While employed by the City Council, Mr. Tolen has also served as Mr. Brown's personal attorney. Tolen's firm recently filed suit on behalf of Brown, his brother Dwight and wife Beverly against Lee Enterprises, the St. Charles Citizen, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the Suburban Journals and Citizen Publisher Ed Watkins. All this while serving as the paid attorney for the St. Charles City Council.
And for those of you who don't know who Rory Riddler is (Media MAgic his company ran Ann's election campaign) Here's another quote from teh citizen...
