Ruling in Case
The judge handed down his motion in Conlon v Schneider. Basically his stance was that since Schneider was not 'officially' (though technically) in arrearage on May 22 (the filing deadline), the petition was dismissed.
Sigh...
Here is a copy of the Order and Judgment handed down today.
Don't be mistaken about this ruling. The judge clearly ruled because Schneider's tax evasion scheme had NOT BEEN CAUGHT by the May 22 filing deadline, then he could not be removed for that reason.

Does this mean the Judge has not made an absolute ruling on this yet? I ask you this because you stated the petition “could be” dismissed.
Sorry for the confusing wording. I guess I mean "could be and was".
I'll try to reword that sentence.
I guess this "Judge" condones liars and cheats.
He may stay on the ballot, but any notion that Mike Schneider is an ethical and successful businessman have been shattered.
Whether he was officially in arrears or not, what is absolutely clear from the case is that Mike Schneider purposely, premeditatedly and consciously gave a false personal property tax declaration with the expressed goal of avoiding his tax liability to St. Louis County.
Now that Schneid has lost his credibility, look at Sweaty running to support his campaign.

I saw Sweetipickles jump on the band wagon to support a liar and a cheater. Well she is just keeping up with the past...Ann Purzner a LIAR, Tolen a pedophile etc etc etc. This will all catch up to them in the end, no doubt about it.

Keller was backed by every member of the ORT through out her campaign for the Council seat. Go to Richard Knode's website, they still back Keller.
With Sweaty backing Snidley, could mean his swings both ways.

You most likely said “something nice” about Schneider a month ago or two years ago, that does not change the fact that Schneider is a liar and a cheat. You always seem to be in the corner with liars, cheats and criminals and law breakers. That was my point.
Boy, all we need to do is spread the word that Donna Dill is supporting Schneider and he is sure to lose (as if this tax thing wasn't the last nail in his coffin).
